The grade 3 and 4 students at Salem Elementary School have participated in the Mathematica Math Contests over the last few years. Our math teams have done very well both provincially and nationally in these contests. We have had several individual and team provincial champions, ranked in the top schools in the country and even had a national champion! We will begin practising for the contests in February and this year.
